Threats for the geo-financing safety of the North Caucasus: budgetary aspect

Questions of financial safety of regions in its interrelation with geo-financing safety of the country are considered in the article. Statistical data on absolute size of gratuitous receipts in budgets of federal districts is presented. According to research discrepancies of opinions on degree of subsidized of regions in the North Caucasus are revealed and real threats of its geo-financing safety are defined. Proposal to strengthen of a budgetary component within the limits of the Concept of inter-budgetary relations is proved.
