Features of management "external" and "internal" in relation to the executing organization the project

The concept of internal and external project is presented and a comprehensive criterion for distinguishing these objects management is given. A metric based on indicators that are the outputs of the processes belonging to the group project initiation, project classified as either internal or external in relation to the performing organization. In the specified aspect the analysis of the changes brought in the 4th edition Guide to the body of knowledge of project management as compared to the third edition of this document.
