The approach to manage the investment attractiveness of projects pointed at company-town diversification is substantiated in the article. The project selection is suggested to carry out taking into account the interests of the company-town community and the potential investor. For this purpose the criteria of project selection and evaluation, and requirements for mechanism to manage the investments attractiveness of a company-town as well as a project are formed.
