Rationing in the system wages of municipal bodies and institutions: current trends

Setting of salary norms in the municipal formations traditionally offers the setting of maximum sizes of salary for different categories of functionaries, municipal employees and other specialists. In the article the experience in this sphere of some municipal formations in Sverdlovskaya region is considered, also the connection between the salary and the financial situation of municipalities is substantiated, the problem of deserving level of salary (money compensation) is affected.
