Process of re-structuring of regional economics: dynamics of shifts in branch structure

From the point of view of the system approach the comparative analysis of size, speed and intensity of shifts in branch structure of a total internal product, fixed capital and employment in 1990-2009 in economy of Ivanovo region, Central federal district and Russian Federation is carried out. The basic tendencies in processes of branch re-structuring анализированных economic systems are revealed. The substantiation of a choice of methods of measurement of shifts in branch structure of regional economy is spent.
