In the article the features of realization of a commodity and innovative policy in the manufacture containing phosphorus mineral fertilizers are presented. It was noted that long-term policy of modernization, implemented innovative companies, requires an adequate scientific, technical, project management and maintenance. A creation of a basic industry innovation center is actually.
