Application of statistical methods for the estimation of influence of territorial distinctions on structure of incomes and expenses of the population in the Primorsky region

The use of cluster analysis to characterize the impact of economic crises of (1998 and 2008) on the formation of incomes and expenditures of the population in the Primorsky region are revealed in the article.
      The possibility of use Herfindahl-Hirschman Index to determine the concentration and the differentiation of formation of incomes and distribution of expenses are considered.
