Modernization of economy makes it necessary to transform the structure and quality of labor force. It’s necessary to have a systematic approach to the quality of reproductive labor (QRL). In the article it is offered the models of an estimation of quality of object of reproductive labor in terms «subjects - processes - results» and through reproductive risks.
