Second N E P (new economy policy) as a way of change of geopolitical chimera of modern Russia

The task of preservation of the geopolitical integrity of Russia and the task of increase of the demographic potential of population of Russia turn out contradicting to the conditions of capitalistically normal «natural» functioning of Russia economical system in conditions of open global economy are presented in the article.
     For transformation of the created geopolitical chimera to a stable geopolitical formation it is proposed the recreation of the syncretism (i.e. balanced joining) of Russian economy. Historically until to the XX-th century the syncretism was the inherent property of Russian economy; but in the XX-th century it was destroyed.
     For preservation of the integrity of Russia it is necessary to conduct in Russian economy the second NEP, namely, not destroying the system of self-administrating economic activity recreated in the result of «perestroyka» it is necessary to recreate also the parallel to it the system of administrating economic activity destroyed in the result of «perestroyka».
