Trust as the necessary factor of production efficiency of knowledge in the conditions of innovative economy

In article the organization as the system making knowledge is considered. The special attention is given such characteristic of communications between elements of this system as trust. It is proved that production efficiency and distributions of knowledge in the organization appreciably depends on the trust level, generated in its internal environment. Necessity of creation for the organization of the mechanism which will allow employees of the organization to be assured is shown that the gain of benefit of the organization from the new knowledge created with their help, will be reflected and in an increment of their own benefit as well.
