The abnormal natural phenomena, forest fires of summer in 2010 have been shown unavailability of separate subjects of the Russian Federation to an emergency situation. In the article analysis of interrelation of problems of management by economy and fire-prevention safety in a silvicultural complex is presented. Underestimation of role of the economic analysis in maintenance of successful functioning of branch and maintenance of a normal state of an ecosystem is ascertained.
