Clusters formation on the basis of the motor transport enterprises

Creation clusters questions on the basis of the motor transport enterprises are considered. It is shown that the volume of transaction costs in the conditions of instability of environment thus is essentially reduced. Thus it is necessary to use a flexible control system, simultaneously using as centralization of functions on the basis of jointly developed strategic plans for development for achievement of certain indicators, and the decentralization connected with granting of independence in decision-making concerning current activity to heads of clusters divisions
