Monograph «Modernization: social and economic and spiritually-moral aspects» of young scientist Alexander Kurakova, professor of Institute of Economy, Management and Law (Kazan) has been published in the publishing house “Gelios”. The social and economic and moral components of innovative development of economy in Russia are considered in this work. The series of measures which were offered in the performances in 2008-2011 by the President of Russia D.A.Medvedev to the Russian society which realization should promote modernization of all aspects of life of the country is presented and analyzed.
