The observable tendency of transition from the mono-centric world to the multi-centric world becomes imperative for enhanced actions of Russia in formation of the post hegemonic world economical order. In the article the social and external economic interests of Russia with the purpose of its revival as one of the potential centers of economic force are revealed.
