The decision of the International Sokratovsky committee (Oxford, Great Britain) to the president of the Chuvash State University named after I.N.Ulyanov, the academician of the Russian Academy of Education Lev Kurakov for the outstanding contribution to development of a science and strengthening of a mental potential of the state was appropriated the rank of the winner of the international title in the field of scientific researches «The Name in Science». His name is brought in the World register of outstanding scientists of XXI century with sign delivery «For the contribution to a world science».
