The German experience for building framework conditions for industrial use of innovative technologies in energy sector

Global investment trends indicate the likely change in the structure of the world's energy system over the next decade towards the use of renewable energy sources. Studying the experience of leading countries in the development of alternative energy can be provided for adaptation the most effective mechanisms for the development of investment programs of the federal and regional energy efficiency. In this paper the dynamics of markets of "green technologies" in Germany, the factors affecting the formation of demand, the framework conditions which created in Germany for industrial use of innovative energy technologies are researched.
