The article presents the scheme (model) of rendering state (municipal) services at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation. Author considers the process of interaction between state (municipal) authorities, which create (provide) the terms of rendering state (municipal) services, providers and recipients (applicants) at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
