The economic aspects of the implementation of resource-saving technologies in housing and communal services system

This paper presents measures for implementing resource-saving technologies in housing and communal services, and presents an integrated assessment of the economic efficiency of their implementation. The paper concludes that it is needed to introduce these measures to address problems of high tariffs and mismanagement of natural resources; the proposed measures allow a systematic approach for solving the problem.
