Problems of legal regulation in military technical collaboration

The ongoing processes in the sphere of military technical collaboration (MTC) of Russian Federation with foreign countries require a number of questions of their legal regulation to be solved. First of all it is attributed to the possibility of such MTC model implementation, which includes cooperative project of full cycle (from development to post marketing service of arms, military and special machines). These questions also include problems of arms import and questions of further MTC system reform.
