The main causes of cross-functional conflicts, related with logistics

In this article it is discussed the concept of cross-functional conflict, cross-functional logistics coordination, and also it is revealed the reasons of cross-functional conflicts related with logistics. It is disclosed the processes of change (transformation) in the company in the implementation of logistics services, revealed the cause of the conflicts between service logistics and marketing, and also between logistics service and other departments. It is given the ways that can significantly affect the improvement of coordination between logistic department and marketing.
