Clustered approach to the formations of regional innovative system

In modern conditions basis of dynamical development of economic system is the innovative activity providing high level of its competitiveness acts. In the present work approaches to realization of strategy of development of regional innovative system by means of introduction of innovative technologies on the basis of innovative scientific cluster are considered, advantages cluster integration for subjects of economic relations are defined. The conclusion that creation innovative scientific cluster in region will provide to regional economy steady developments of social processes and will raise competitiveness and appeal of region, will allow to stimulate regional development is drawn.
