Problems and prospects of management of power savings and on increases of power efficiency in municipal formations

Power savings is a basic element of the modern concept of energy development. In the article problems are considered and directions of increase of management efficiency by power savings on an example the Ulan-Ude are offered, positive experience of management by power savings in the industry of the advanced countries which adaptation can provide considerable economy of expenses for manufacture and consumption of power resources is investigated.
