In the article it is mared the problems connected to development of light industry of Republic Dagestan leaving far beyond the branch. For the decision of these problems it is necessary to raise competitiveness of manufacture to a basis of its reconstruction, modernization, perfection of technological processes, creations and uses of essentially new technologies, marketing.
