In this article the problems of regulation of human activities and economic mechanisms of nature exploitation in the Far North have been investigated (an example of the Sakha Republic). It is recommended to apply for environmental charges differentiated approach taking account of environmental factors on the stability of native systems to anthropogenic impacts and the current inrta-regional ecological situation.
