The urgency of a theme of research is connected by that achievement of the maximum effect from possession of objects of real estate is possible only at competent management. In work theoretical bases of management by real estate are considered, opened essence and the management purposes; methods and functions of management by real estate are analyzed; the questions connected with an estimation of economic efficiency of management by real estate are investigated.
