Macroeconomic and institutional disproportions of development in Russia

In the article the reasons of macroeconomic and institutional disproportions of development of Russia is revealed. The author generates multidimensional model of an estimation and management of efficiency of macroeconomic system of Russia in a context of three mainframes: social and economic, market and financial and economic. The series of measures of state regulation of proportions of socially-demographic, market and financial and economic blocks became result of approbation of multidimensional model is researched.
