At present Russian agro industrial complex (AIC) has need of assurance and increase own competitive ability. To that effect this enterprise is used different competitive strategies. Each competitive strategy has definite characteristic and the effect on agro industrial complex enterprises. By reason of it the process of selection competitive strategies is particularly great moment decision.
