Determinants of modern development regional warehouse market: vector transformation crisis

The article presents the analysis of general factography of the development of warehouse real estate market in the SFD and in the RF on the whole in the period of crisis. It has been estimated the growth prospects for regional markets of warehouse real estate in the coming years, identified preconditions for the expansion of warehouse infrastructure. It has been determined the extended composition of development factors of the regional markets of warehouse real estate in inter-crisis, crisis and post-crisis periods. On the basis of the analysis of peculiarities of post-crisis deformation of development factors of the warehouse real estate in the regions it has been formulated the system of terms for the resumption of the construction of warehouse real estate in the regional cities of Russia in 2012-2013.
