The article states empiric analysis of reproduction and retail sales modern development, their interaction in the conditions of circulation sphere, its monopolization and enlargement. Prospects are determined in the functional convergence of reproduction and retail sales from the position of logistic regulation of the present process, possibilities of competitiveness increase in merchandise economic sector, institutionalization and development of effective forms of inner market capitalization.
