The concept of the ecologic external effects evening-out mechanism in the modern science

Deterioration of an ecological situation during humanity evolution is a serious obstacle in the way of economic development and well-being of the modern society. In the present article various scientific views on the problem of nature and society interaction in the light of the ecologic externalities is examined. The basic principles of the external ecologic effects evening-out economic mechanism are deduced.
