The concept of development of penal system: problems of realization

The current state of the Russian socio-political system predetermines reforming of all components law enforcement institutes of the state, including Federal Penal service. Prospects of improvement of a criminal-judicial policy and practice of execution of criminal punishments are closely linked with Concept of development of Penal system of the country to 2020, affecting almost all parties of its functioning. In this article is made conclusion that realization of mechanisms of the Concept rather are not concreted and it should be to improve.
