Analysis of lords economic concepts in Russia

In the article is considered characteristics of economic and social relations in the post-Soviet Russia from 1991 to 2012, is analyzed the problem of economic development. The conclusion is: there is connection between the development of the social order in Russia and the development of economic relations and it is necessary the transition to a new stage of development of society for the realization of the ideas of innovation model of economy.
