Agricultural production state regulation as the factor of maintenance of food safety

In article problems and prospects of state regulation of the agricultural organizations on an example of nature-economic zones of Republic Tatarstan are considered. The account of such factors, as a consumer price index, the average settlement rate of bank percent, the rate of refinancing of the Central Bank of the Russian Federations, volume of budgetary appropriations from the federal budget on agricultural production development as macroeconomic indicators and reserves of growth of an economic return influencing an estimation is proved by a monetary gain of the agricultural organizations.
     Insufficient level of scrutiny of a question of state regulation of agricultural production with reference to modern economic conditions have defined an urgency of a theme of scientific research. The conclusion that quality of management, an estimation of efficiency of use of industrial potential of the organizations of regional agrarian and industrial complex reserves of growth of effective manufacture allow to reveal is formulated, and can serve as a condition of increase of food safety as region, and the country as a whole.
