During a postindustrial epoch solving influence on labor productivity growth renders a professional level of the company’s personnel. Competence of the higher school graduates depends, in particular, on quality of communication between educational process and economic practice, which also is connected with the decision of a social problem of the new staff adaptation on a labor market. In paper the tendency of growth institutional component of educational process is noted. On the basis of the offered instruments the author states its quantitative estimation and offers the small innovative enterprise as the form of students professional practice, integrated in the education process.
