Nowadays not enough attention is paid to the following: to studying of influence of small enterprises on the structural reorganization of the regional economy; to forming a rational structure of industrial centers on the ground of small business development; to the development of economic interaction of regional authorities and small business; to methodology of integrated assessment for entrepreneurial projects and carrying out expert examination in particular cities and regions that are not common for industrialized countries in the context of transitional period in Russia.
