Increasing human capital is a major factor for sustainable economic development, human capital accounts for much of the prosperity of society. In the rapidly emerging information society, particularly important from the standpoint of human capital is a matter of professional training. This article describes the methodological approach to estimating the total capitalization of the knowledge obtained by his students and postgraduates.
