Formation of industrial potential of small forms of managing of a grain subcomplex

In article the role of small forms of managing in formation of industrial potential of a grain subcomplex is shown. The estimation of development country (farmer) and economy of the population of the Oryol region is given. The conclusion is proved that subjects of small forms of managing of agrarian sector have appeared steadier against influence of economically adverse factors in the conditions of crisis.
