Improvement of the export finance scheme in Russia

The article is devoted to the most relevant problems of the system of the external trade finance. The author analyses the current situation in the sphere of this system creation and development in Russia, compares it with the world experience as well as proposes the system of the effective external trade support and the institutional structure of the external trade finance proving its urgency in the modern economy. In this article the particularities of the export finance in Russia and in the world are described and analyzed.
