Land rent in modern Russia in the context of the K. Marx’s theory

Contributors for the purpose of the disclosure of the essence of land rent and genesis of its formation turn themselves to the sixth division of the third volume “Capital” of K. Marx “The transformation of additional profit into the land rent”. It is based, that private property of individual person is to the land harmful, because with the rise in price of the land by means of the land rent increase expenditures for its operation, which regularly draws an increase in the production costs of the products of the land in their widest understanding. Individualism never contributed to human progress, it presents strong danger in the sphere of the use of the natural resources.
