Nanotechnologies all over the world recognized as integral part of effective-functioning economy. For the country will be successful it is necessary to develop this innovation area, especially in such key segments as public health, energy, electronics are. It is necessary to organize the mechanism of the whole system consisting of multitude institutes, somehow or other working in the process of development nanoindustry. The main position belong to Government with legislative leadership and capital.
