About the strategic target and system of target indicators of development of regions of Russia

One of most acute problems standing today in front of Russia, overcoming of disproportions in social and economic development of separate regions is. Rupture between the Russian regions in level of economic development and population life for today has reached that level which represents for the country any more only an economic and social problem, but also a problem of national safety, threatening territorial integrity of the Russian state. In such situation there is a necessity of working out of strategy of development of regions of Russia. Starting point of working out of similar strategy is definition of a strategic target of development of region. In this article authors define a strategic target of development of regions of Russia, and also system of target indicators of development of region.
