Strategic approaches to innovative development of Russian gas industry

In the article is proved necessity of formation of Open Society "Gazprom" key innovations package for liquidation of loss of control threats over the gas industry of the country technologic efficiency as uniform complex. The concept innovative cluster, as one of the innovative activity government forms, its specificity and the formation concept in Open Society "Gazprom" system is considered. The primary goal on creation megacorporate innovative cluster in system of Open Society "Gazprom" which consists in increase of appeal of cooperation between scientific institutions and the branch enterprises is designated. System making concepts of formation megacorporate innovative cluster are given.
