Maintenance of national safety of development of Russia and modernization of sistem of plasing of the state orders for training of specialists in regions of Russia

The article, in a context of maintenance of national safety of Russia, is dedicated to the innovational educational process in the regional aspect with the use of the state order for training of specialists. Ways of modernization of system of the state order for preparation of experts to region by means of creation of model of carrying out of competitive procedures on the basis of principles of the closed cycle of the complex federal contract system acting, as one of perfection directions in Strategy of national safety of the Russian Federation till 2020 are offered. Is made the conclusion of necessity of application of norms of the federal contact system to order placement for training of innovational active human resource in regions of Russia.
