Annotation of SME development, particularly in the sphere of innovations, is an important public task, because in the context of globalization, sustainability and development of national economy is based on an optimum combination of large and small businesses. In the present paper, submitted by author's understanding of the interaction of small and medium-sized businesses; identified and elucidated factors influencing enterprise development; provides mechanisms for engagement.
