In article the basic aspects of a formulation of the purposes and grouping of problems of an industrial policy taking into account features of the Russian economy are considered; the coordination of the purposes and problems among themselves for the purpose of their effective and stage-by-stage realization in the mechanism of an industrial policy is made.
