Institutional transformations of customs bodies and their influence on economy of Russia

In article authors investigate preconditions and tendencies institutional transformations of customs bodies and their influence on economy of Russia. The role of customs business in maintenance of steady state of the economy of Russia and its regions is shown. It is defined that creation of uniform economic and customs space within the limits of Union State, the Customs union and EvrazES becomes a priority direction of economic cooperation and essential impact on character of development of leasing activity on territories of the Common Economic Space of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus makes. Preconditions Institutional transformations of customs bodies are revealed and their basic directions are shown, and also them the estimation of their influence on economy of Russia is given. Communication between carrying out of customs control and maintenance of timely receipt of tax and non-tax incomes in the budget is defined.
