The post-war economy in the West countries, at least owing to inertia, couldn't depart from those forms of the economic device at once. Which have been imposed by military conditions. Perhaps, it also became an objective basis of creation in 1947 of the plan of Marshall which in 1951 has been replaced by the law on mutual safety for 17 countries of Europe, and also for the USA that promoted strengthening of a role of the state in socio-economic planning sphere. And in various degree and modernizations exists hitherto.
