Perspectives of the development of land relations in project «Great Yekaterinburg»

The probability of Yekaterinburg’ unification with its neighbor cities into one agglomeration - “Great Yekaterinburg” is very high. This unification will help to solve a lot of different social and economic problems and put on a new level the development of different sectors of new agglomeration’ economy. However one sector requires special attention - this sector is the development of land relations. A set of prior ways of effective development of land relations and solutions have been worked out and proposed within this article. Besides, the influence of land transformation on the land relations development is forecasted.
