Humanization paradigm systems fire safety

The traditional paradigm of domestic fire safety systems provide dominance in its technical component. Available data indicate that from exposure to the hazards of fires in Russia every year kills the largest number of people in the world for 1 million inhabitants. This article gives an analysis of the problem, which shows that to improve the situation must take into account social and humanitarian aspect of fire safety, its humanization.
