Article is devoted the analysis of the system of the state monitoring of threats of economic safety of Russia at an accession to WTO. It is shown, that economic safety is the key factor of development of economy and the country as a whole. For the purpose of minimization of threats of economic safety of Russia at an accession to WTO the state monitoring of economic safety is offered.
